A: We accept any trial orders on trade assurance. So you can trust our company and our product quality. Also. we have QC team to inspect the quality before delivery.
Q2. Do you support OEM or ODM?
We Can Provide OEM/ODM Service, And We Can Design And Produce According To Your Drawings And Samples. We Use Laser Cutting And Silk-screen To Print Logo. And Laser Cutting Is Free For Small And Simple Logo. Customized Designs, Materials, Size, Colors, Etc. And We Will Protect The Customer’s Designs.
Q3.Could you accept small quantity and mix container order?
A: Yes, trial order for small quantity is welcome as long as we have stocks, please kindly let us know your request. Also we welcome to mix kinds of items for a container.
Q4. Can your company provide samples? Is there a charge for samples?
Yes, we can supply samples.
There is charge or not for samples, depending on the specific cork product. Basic products with simple processes, and in stock in the sample library, we can be provided free of charge. If the sample requires mold opening and the process is complex, our company will need to charge a mold opening fee, but the sample fee can be waived. There is no need to charge the mold opening fee again when you place order.
Q5. What qualifications the company has obtained?
We have obtained: FSC, BSCI, ISO9001, Sedex, FDA, LFGB, PROP65.
Q6.How about the payment method?
